Studio Plan members receive responses within 1 working day
Pro and Free Plan members receive responses within 3 working days
If your issue is urgent, please reply to the auto-response you receive after submitting your request and mark your email as URGENT. This will ensure we prioritise your case.
Office Hours
Our support team is available Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm GMT. Enquiries submitted outside these hours will be picked up on the next working day.

How do I mark my enquiry as urgent?
Reply to the auto-response you receive after submitting your request and type URGENT in the subject line.
Do you offer phone support?
No, all support is handled by email so every request can be tracked and answered properly.
When will I hear back?
Studio Plan members receive responses within 24 hours. Pro and Free Plan members within 72 hours.
What if I have an issue outside office hours?
You can still submit a request at any time. We’ll respond as soon as possible when office hours resume.

Is there an annual plan discount?
No. All our plans are billed monthly so you’re never locked in.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time directly in your account settings.
How do I cancel?
Go to your account dashboard, select Billing, and click Cancel Subscription. Your account will remain active until the end of your billing period.
Do you offer referral bonuses?
Not yet, but it’s something we’re exploring for the future.
Why are Proximity Alerts free?
Because they only work when as many professionals as possible use them. By keeping them free, we ensure maximum adoption and reliability for everyone.
I’ve got a feature request — can I submit it?
Yes. Please include it in the contact form above. Our team reviews all requests and uses them to shape future updates.
Do vendors have to pay?
No. Vendors always access updates for free via magic links.
What happens if you raise prices?
Your price is locked for 12 months when you sign up. Even if we adjust plans, you’ll keep your original rate for a full year.
