Elopement Buddy wasn’t conceived in a tech office. It was born on the job – during real elopements, in remote landscapes, with the kinds of pressures only photographers and planners truly understand.
Between us (Matt and Jodie that is), we’ve guided hundreds of couples through one of the most important days of their lives. We’ve worked in unpredictable weather, remote locations and tight timelines where there’s no room for mistakes. And even at our most organised, the tools available to us were never quite good enough.
The problems weren’t about competence. They were about systems that weren’t designed for what we do.
